Looks like I am first...
ReplyDeleteMy Adventures in Term 2:
We did Reader's Theater(oral).I played the role as Gretel in the story 'Hansel and Gretel'.I learnt that when we perform we should not back face the audience. The props were good as commented by the class but we(my group members and I) could have speaked louder. We didn't practice so the co-ordination was bad. It was sad that I did not managed to go to the pixar thingy at the science center because I had high fever. I would have learnt something from it and could have posted the great adventure. Okay, that should be most of it for term 2.

Readers theather was great fun! Except for some stuff yeah. I'm glad majority of our exams are over.
ReplyDeleteWe should have more exam papers to practice. :D
TERM 2....
ReplyDeleteWe did many FUN things in term 2 like reader's theater and....other stuff i cant remember...
I was a narrator,'soldier'and Cindy's 'husband'
in the REAL story of Cinderalla.I thought our group was the most humourous and enjoyable!
Oh ya!We also have this reading log thing where we have to read 6-10 books and like reflect on it.I am only starting on my 2nd!How SLOW!
I learnt a lot from the reader's theater.
1:we have to always face the front and have eye-contact.This will also help to project our voices.
2:If our voices are not loud enough and the story line presentation is not interesting, the audience will lose focus and get disttracted by other things.
Everything was good and nothing much needs improvement.(That's what i feel)
I think that's about it and i will end here.Bye!
Hey 1/3! I enjoyed term 2 a lot! Maybe not this period of term 2 (end of the term). Well, as everyone knows for reader's theatre my group which consists of Adalia, Wei Shan, Jashlyn, Hui Ling, Cloelia & myself staged a fairytale performance, Rapunzel. I played the role Rapunzel. I really thank my group for the effort & time put in. Not forgetting the rest you guys, who cheered our group on. Hope every 1/3-ian passes their SA1 with flying colours.
ReplyDeleteWe did Reader's Theatre for oral.I was the father in Hansel and Gretel. We could have spoken louder. I also learnt that we must face the audience when reading our lines , but the props were great. We also went to the pixar exhibition and I enjoyed looking at the exhibits .
